Quick Launch Steps

Open Campaign Dashboard

Log into PlayFunnelz → go to the Campaigns section → click Create New Campaign to begin.

Choose a Game Type

Select from Scratch & Win, Spin Wheel, Slot Machine, or Memory Match based on your campaign goal.

Add Campaign Details

Enter your campaign name, slug (auto-generated if left empty), and an internal description.

Customize & Preview

Set rewards, branding, and colors. Save your campaign and test it thoroughly in Preview Mode before going live.

Embed & Launch

Add your domain, copy the embed code, paste it on your page, set status to Active, and start driving traffic.

Pro Tip: Keep campaigns in Draft mode while testing. Only switch to Active once you've verified the winning flow, losing flow, lead capture forms, and mobile usability.

Troubleshooting

Campaign Not Showing
Check that your domain is approved in the Domains section, the embed code is pasted correctly, and the campaign status is set to Active (not Draft or Paused).
Images Not Loading
Verify that image URLs are valid, files are uploaded correctly to PlayFunnelz, and only supported image formats are used (JPG, PNG, WEBP).
Mobile Display Issues
Test responsive layout, popup sizing, button spacing, and touch interactions on multiple devices. Most issues are caused by parent container CSS affecting the embed width.
